Wells Fargo lender loan currently- was told that Citizen is the only company Wells Fargo accepts.. is this true?

Dwelling coverage only, no personal coverage, no flood etc

Agreed, but he said homeowners.

Why would you exclude liability? Seems even more important in that situation.

Sometimes the liability is provided by the primary home by stretching out to up to 4 additional properties.

Also, we as agents know the different between landlord, vacant, and homeowners but most people see it as homeowners insurance. I hear it all the time.
