Need Houston P & C Broker To Run Business Through

I am a successful Life and Health Agent in Houston. I had a Farmers agency for a year and still carry my P & C license. I am looking to bring on agents to cross sell my book for P & C. I need a local independent to run my P & C business through. Ideally, I could use a desk for my agents in the independent's office. Also, I could use some support in getting going and up to speed in the first months. Please reply if you are interested. Most business written would be HO, Auto, Renters but there is some opportunity for commercial as well.
