New 2 Minute ACA Express

Hey Kenny,

When first contracting with ACA Express, we receive a personalized URL for quoting that looks like this: https://UserName.acaexpress.com/?id=3521

But this one also goes to our quote page: https://UserName.acaexpress.com

And so does simply entering: Username.acaexpress.com into a browser.

Do all three function the same when sent in an e-mail to somebody, or when set up as the target for a purchased URL? Is there any situation where one is preferable to the other? Naturally, the 3rd version is easier to remember, type, and relay verbally. Thank-you sir!

They all work the same with one exception.. IF you have MULTIPLE users within your ORG then they need to use THEIR URL, ie.. the one with "ID=XXXX"

Note as well, there are TWO options for the CFS page:

- Zip Code Only: Which only requires a visitor to input zip to see plans

- Lead Collection: This requires on the first page they enter their name, email and phone before seeing plans.

The difference is the Lead Collection method writes their info to your Applicants list after they click See Plans. This means even if they do not complete the app you have their info and can then email them, call, etc. to follow up. My suggestion on this choice is do some email or other marketing using Lead Collection for a week then swap to Zip Code Only and compare the results.

Major thanks Kenny! And the ability to toggle between these two modes is via a setting in the Dashboard, I assume? Will read through some more of that useful FAQ section you have in the Dashboard area. Thanks again.

Thanks for clarifying that it was for the 150.00 month-month Kenny.

I think we're currently happy paying the 12.50 or 20.00 since this may be our last year focusing on Health. Moving forward we're only using Health as a service to our clients with other lines of business.

We'll definitely be using you guys exclusively from now on.

I love the support and quick responses from Kenny!

Damn I wish I had used ACA express from the get go...would've saved me alot of time and frustration! Oh well, thanks to sherpa for forcing me to make a change.

Having my first hiccup with ACA. Wrote a guy on the 15th. It's still processing as of this morning. Hoping to hear back from Kenny today. Maybe I should just do another app just in case it got stuck for no reason.

Email kenny and he will get it "unstuck." I had one that would not go through, and they fixed it.

Anybody know if there is a way to email quotes on ACAx like you can on HS?

Yeah I emailed him last night. No word yet

And on the emailing quotes, I don't think so yet. That's where HS had a leg up. But Kenny said they are going to implement that soon. I just send the quotes on HS to clients and tell them not to enroll from the link.

FYI.. code dropped last night which provides ability to email quotes!

From your Dashboard when in view where can select a plan click "Email plan quote" and it will step you through the process. Here are some sample screens.

We also deployed quite a few other updates, fixes and such as well.
