Dont feel bad, I just wrote a 20 year old kid,

1 DUI
3 at fault accidents
3 tickets
1 suspension.

Lets just say, for what he is paying..........I'm headed to Vegas for a week!

PS, I have asked him to call and tell me where he is driving so I know to avoid the area like the Plague.

Who did you place him with? In our office that's a Mendota customer.

Sorry buddy That's just the way life works be lucky you only got in to something minor cuz like the others said you could be paying much more.

OK, first lets clear the fact that an insurance policy will not penalize a driver for simply not being covered on a policy. A violation would be a person driving an uninsured car. A persons license will be suspended for driving an uninsured car. If a company doesn't cover a claim because the driver was "excluded" then that would lead to the same suspension. Regardless of how small a loss is, an insurance company will deem a point/accident against you if they pay out on your behalf at any time.
