New Employee Training / Prop & Cas

I have a new employee that has no insurance experience (untainted). I would like to start her off with some webinars on the basics to get a general feel of her aptitude for Insurance.

I would like to have her head towards being a producer rather than a CSR but I need to get a feel for her insurance personality first.

Has anyone used any online services for webinars on Intro to P&C classes?

Hartford has their school of insurance and the Big I has some stuff, but I wanted to get a Peer recommendation before I make any decisions.

Has anyone ever learned a thing from a webinar?

I learn a lot from a webinar. Insurance journal has coverage specific topics all the time. If you're old you might not find it the most compelling medium, but this is how the next generation gets there information today. If you don't have a youtube channel for your business, your probably behind the time.
