I'm not an expert yet, but I've been needling through the Retirement Realized Academy's free stuff. Ultimately they want you to upgrade and pay for stuff but the free content is loaded with great material and info.

The Virtual Sales Assistant has a lot of great stuff for the foundation of these contracts. Then you can tailor your recommendations by the company's contract specifications.

You may want to keep it simple and begin with fixed deferred annuities. Here is one of the better offerings in my opinion. Not sure what state your in, but they are expanding to new states. They've been around since 1954.
