Newbie Introduction... help please

hey, all, new here. Happy to see you all. Hope all of you could help me. Want to know more about insurance policies. I have some issues.

I am here to seek help from all of you. Please do help me. Being a newbie I hope all can help me. Can clarify my doubts regarding insurance policies.

I need your suggestions so that I can move forward with confidence. You people will be experienced in this so your advice will be a blessing. I hope I will have a great conversation session here.

I went through many new threads which were so helpful for me. I will be happy if you all share your experience, so I could make wise decisions. I want to know more about personal home insurance the most. I think the previous discussion regarding this will also help me.

I'm not trying to make you mad, just trying to be direct and to the point. If you have asked this elsewhere like you have here, it's no wonder you didn't get any responses. You must be a little more definitive in your questions. The closest thing you've gotten to a question is saying that you want to know more about "personal home insurance". That's actually a statement and not a question. Even if it were a question you are waaayyyyyy to broad about it.

You also said you would be happy if we all share our experience. What does that even mean. Would you like for each one of us to tell you our story starting from day one? No way that'll happen!

I am on the green side. I bought some 4 and 5 dollar leads from Symmetry. Three of them were on SBS loans all at 650k on two moderate 150k homes and one ghetto house at 20k. A fourth was a duplicate, where I paid twice for the same lead. The up guy said they can only replace the prime leads. Is that normal? I didn't want a refund I just wanted four new leads to replace these bogus ones. Thanks Stephen Richard Baton Rouge La
