Newbie Questions

Thanks for the feedback. FA guys are geared towards 6 figures in 3 yrs and if you are not there between years 3-5 you shouldn't be in the business.

Please explain about delegation with P&C vs. Financial?

Why would I not be able to go Indy right out of the gate?

If you ain't there between years 3-5 it usually means the wirehouse don't want you anymore.

That also! Let's face it though there's to many opportunities and income potential to not be there within that time frame. I'm not looking at something to make $60-80K a year at I need to be in 6 figure money with the potential to get to multiple six figure money within 10 years +/-

Did labor statistics and the top 10% in insurance earn more than $111K per year and top 25% do a little more than that in FA with the top 10% being the highest recordable number for the statistics which is in the $160's range. The outlook is a bit better but with a much higher fail rate.

At the end of the day it's not just about money for me. I do need to have an unlimited uncapped ability to realistically make 6 figure money and multiple 6 figure money as an agent.

Anymore input here guys/gals?
