I guess the office is new. I don't recall there being a Guardian office in Knoxville a few years ago. If there was, they kept it pretty quiet.
Guardian is a good company, but the local office matters much more to your success. Namely, is the manager capable of training you to effectively prospect, and then present and close these prospects? Also, will the manager have time to spend with you or there is another agent that can do joint work with you?
Don't focus on the commission out of the gate. Between bonuses and everything else, you could make a living doing joint work with a senior agent and just getting 50% of the case if you can find the right prospects.
