Newly Licensed Looking for a Career

Tom, don't take it so personal...it's just greed in general that I have a problem with. But that's my problem, obviously not yours!

Most recruiters recruit on greed don't they? Seems like the only recruiting angle some have.

Kudos when you don't bite on that. Watch out when it feels like the strongest attraction.

I too mean nothing personal .

The key to closing deals is fresh, quality leads.

Who ever you go with, be sure they have an inhouse lead program or access to one and will allow you to join in.

Insurance isn't rocket science - but training is important.

Good luck,

Tom

I respectfully disagree on the lead point, go with a company that will teach you how to effectively prospect not one that hands out leads to you. Give a man a fish feed him for one day, teach a man to fish feed him for a lifetime.

It's not greed - it's being compensated for taking my time to teach others how to effectively close deals and make money.

If someone doesn't need to learn the ropes - then they don't need me.

Our program is set up for someone that needs a little structure and the ability to pick the phone up and get the answers they need.

We practice full disclosure when speaking with a potential team member. They also are welcome to leave anytime they feel like it, subject to a release based on outstanding advances and debt.

Also - team members aren't required to purchase leads from us - they can generate their business how ever they see fit so long as it's legal and ethical.

But again - it's not greed. It's compensation . . .

Tom
