Newspaper Inserts -Good or Bad??

Has anyone tried using newspaper inserts like this one?

Thinking about a local daily.. Have also been thinking about using them in one of the free "trader" magazines.

I think inserts are a waste of money. I did it for one of the better Medicare Advantage plans during AEP and got a horrible response. I can't even imagine FE would be better. Just my opinion though. I have tried the local senior directory as well and it has yet to pay for itself.

I have used them about 4 times.....ran them in a daily newspaper that had a circulation of about 8k. I would say I just about broke even.

Mine was an auto-owners ad stating "like insurance for seniors"

I just don't think it's worth it IMO....

Good point.. Also guess it would be hard for the newspaper to place the insert in their online edition.

I've done newspaper inserts a couple of times. Did not go well at all.
