No Colonoscopies ... Alright!?!?!

Could have sworn the butt exam had been beat to death in another thread, but apparently not.

Preventive = 100% covered if age appropriate or triggered by family history.

Diagnostic = subject to deductible

Right.
Who gives a "flip" about BX of ... New Mexico?

I know, maybe it is the same scam they used for years to bail on state sanctioned mams...
"We offer an insurance "certificate" not a policy...hence the FACT membership.

No one but the citizens of New Mexico, or family members who have loved ones living in New Mexico.

Here in Illinois, the BCBS benefits will be the same. Our cash-strapped state insurance department hasn't gotten around to approving the new Summary of Benefits for Illinois Blue Cross yet.

Which will be interesting if they decide to eliminate insurance agents but still have to do their work. The loss of all the fees for licensing would crush them in spite of the regulatory work they would still be responsible for.

I love IL - it's a microcosm of the trouble the entire US is in.

I don't like going off-topic in a thread, but I can't help but to reply. You're right, Stuy119. The Illinois Insurance Licensing Department is down to 4 employees now. They have to handle everything from Real Estate licenses to Insurance Agents. In fact, 6 months ago they stopped processing Ins. Agent licenses all-together. Now, we do all of our paperwork renewals through a 3rd party private company...yet the 4 people at the IL dept of Insurance still must still grant final approval. Takes many weeks to get renewed, or licensed now in Illinois. Most doctors have stopped taking children on the State's KID CARE program as well. Illinois is $93 million behind in paying the doctors. :no:

I know that my license renewal last August took 8 weeks to get cared for, and was 2 weeks late in arriving post-renewal date. Carriers weren't happy, but they understood as everyone was having that problem. Glad that I jumped on it as soon as it arrived to get the renewal process working.

Stuy and AC - I don't know how IL. stays up and running - oh I know one way - I saw my former IL. business property tax bills - $34,000 for a small piece of land in a crappy neighborhood. R U ready for the 4% increase in tax that Quinn actually PROMISED to his lovely voters - and they voted for him anyway!:goofy:
