The SCOTUS justices must have read your opinion, and decided to prove you wrong, SCAgent. After your post, they decided to add Friday 6/26 to their schedule for rendering opinions/decisions. It's now Thurs/Fri/Mon...and then they're off for the Summer.

Perhaps they want Monday June 29th devoted totally to Gay Marriage and Federal Exchange Subsidies. Maybe every justice has something to say verbally regarding these two issues? Could take a couple of hours!

The ruling has already been made. They will be releasing it on Thursday June 25th at high noon. You can take that to "Hip National Bank and Trust".
