Non-owner Occupied with Pit Bulls

I have someone in the state of Georgia with a rental property and long term renters have pit bulls. Never any problems with the dogs but she is having a tough time finding affordable coverage that doesn't rate for the pit bulls.

I don't do P&C so does anyone know a carrier in Georgia that may offer coverage or is anyone located in Georgia who may be able to help?

State Farm & Encompass don't have unacceptable dog breeds. Grange will write w/ an animal exclusion (at least on homeowner's they will so I assume that's the same w/ rentals.) Foremost may as well.

If you don't do P&C..tell them to call their P&C agent.

auto owners allows for pit bulls at least here in Minnesota they do

Foremost will, at least here. They exclude the dog. Rates are super hit and miss with though (also, perhaps just here).

Farmer's will take Attack breeds as well, I don't know if they are in Georgia though.
