I. Have not found them any harder than any others. Protective is easy and pays rolling target on the UL, or did.

I wrote 5 applications with Banner last month and they were pretty easy. They were a little slow. You apply online and they call the applicant for the rest of the application and schedule the paramed. I have heard that Banner can be very fast with an easy client.
