Since you're new, find someone who will train you either directly or by hooking you up with an agent who you can ride along with.

Steve, how u gonna leave me out?
I'm offering 45% contracts, because 110% of nothing is nothing & u can't build a team of agents giving them high contracts. I'm also offering no ride alongs, exclusive access to me thru the forum & training based on everything posted here, and no leads.
I think that's completely fair!
