NORVAX Online "GO HEALTH" Portal

anyone current use NORVAX........GO Health portal,,,,?,,,in order to put a link on your website so individual can search for OFF exchange.....individual health plans.........We signed up with them recently and am having issues setting up the program,,,,,,,,so far NORVAX has been no help....bad customer service..............any suggestions are most welcomed........we are located in NYS..........

I have had Norvax for years...But I don't use them for off-Exchange enrolling. Sorry.

Terrible... I would never recommend them - customer service is horrible... they couldnt even get rates up and running for open enrollment - let alone their subsidies on the quoting piece were incorrect many times.... I didnt even use them to enroll anything - waste of money in my opinion... and I am trying to get it back... Not worth an E&O risk....

Signed up for GoHealth, uploaded my client's data, then waited, and waited.... then called. Finally a week after AEP started they had one of the two companies up and running with "unknown" time for the second. Useless.

The first ten days is when you've moved many of your current and urgent cases.
