There are several good IMO/FMO's on this forum. Just give them a call & see which one works best for you. You really don't have to be in the same state. Also, iliaa.org has great training & lots of information on a variety of subjects. Good luck!

tins...do I contract direct with the insurance company or do I need to go through IMO?

Coming from the mortgage world I would love to have had IMO's there, especially from the marketing assistance they offer, like free leads for producers that write business through the IMO. In the mortgage biz, it's not legal to give free leads for business written...

Since you're just starting out, it may be a better idea to contract through somebody. So, if you do come across some questions, they could help you out. I'm not sure any give out free leads with full contracts, but you don't need them if you take time and don't quit when working the phones.
