Nurse Looking for More

Looking for advice and direction from the more experienced people in the industry.
I am currently working as a nurse. I enjoy my job and love helping people,
but I'd like a tie-in with my former career.

Several years ago I had an A&H license with an insurance company in NY State.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Title made me think I was in another forum for a minute. lol

LPN working on RN degree has their hands full and insurance isn't a very good part time job.

It can be done part-time if you're an experienced sales-person.

By part-time I mean working 2-3 days for 12+ hours. But I'm sure as an LPN you're familiar grinding out days like that.

If you need training and some hand-holding, consider investigating into Securus or EFES if you want to sell burial insurance. It ain't a pretty niche, I'll warn you.

Or, if you're not afraid of cold calling, look into Frank Statsny and his MedSupp program.
