NYC Health Insurance Coverage for Self-Employed NJ Resident

I am a self-employed individual that lives in Northern NJ but works (at least for a significant amount of my time) in NYC. And yet, because of how screwed up health insurance is in this country, and because of how bad health insurance is in NJ, there is pretty much no option for me to get any sort of health insurance plan that will allow me to see doctors in NYC (despite that being where I spend a significant amount of my time and where I want to see a good amount of my doctors). Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have any solutions?

It is very frustrating since I think there are many plans in NJ that would allow me to see NYC doctors, but I don't qualify for any of them because they are all either group plans offered to employees of large companies, or plans offered to small businesses (such as me) that have employees (and I have none). The only plan options I can choose are individual plans (even though I run a business) and all of these plans basically only allow in-state coverage.
