On Exchange Commission Question

In my area of Texas we are losing an on Exchange carrier (Christus) and our customers received a welcome packet today from healthcare.gov. with Blue Cross Blue Shield as the new insurer. It seems they were automatically rolled over. Does anyone know if the writing agents will receive commissions through Blue Cross which we are contracted with? Our Christus reps are no longer answering e-mails or phone calls.

Yes the name is on the 2018. Blue Cross is paying on this after we called. One more quick question. Are all carriers paying commissions on the premium minus the subsidies everywhere?

This happened in NC when all the carriers pulled out. B was nice enough to pay renewals. I was told by a little birdy that CMS said the carrier didn't have to pay a dime if they didn't want to.
