asking a question was a good suggestion and provides an alternative approach to take -
some good ideas but trying to stay away from using heavy 'guilt' etc
in advertising... afraid it might drive more people away then bring people in... usually whenever i see advertising that lays a 'guilt' trip on - i intentionally turn the other way from whatever they are 'selling' or advertising.
i could see why it doesnt seem like too many agents are working on their 'advertising' approach
and opt to buy leads instead... insurance (life/health) might not be the easiest thing to get people turned on with (in advertising)...
"hey you might die tomorrow buy insurance today!"
might just be (because)
its something people dont really understand and would rather not spend the time learning... so when someone is approached w/ advertising about it - they would rather just forget it (or throw the advertising away) then bother reading something they dont understand anyway...
my friend has been selling health insurance for few years
and she thinks the best advertising is simply 3 words.
