What do you think of the next Open Enrollment running from October 1st to December 15th of 2015?
"One of the rules calls for open enrollment for health insurance plans that will go into effect in 2016 to to begin Oct. 1, 2015, and run through Dec. 15 of that same year. That would mean a sign-up season two weeks shorter than the current season."

This will separate the boys from the girls. No more playing both sides of the fence. Either you will be a master of medicare advantage or a master of Obamacare. This will force agents to make a decision of one or the other. When considering re-certification requirements, it's a no brainer.
This was always their intent - to make both enrollment periods at the same time. If that happens, I'm all Medicare. Don't have the ability to do both. Right now even the overlap with all of the individual U65 market cancellations is almost unbearable. . . . .struggling to maintain the levels of service that I have always provided.
