NO INJURIES except hopefully minor ankle injury to cited driver.

'11 Sienna with 5,100 miles. Other driver cited for failure to control. Five documented adult witnesses all with a version of "Other driver went off road to right, then came back on, crossed centerline and impacted Sienna, knocking it down embankment.

Curious, what determination do you expect the adjuster to make on the van? Totaled or buff it out?

It has enough indicators that it will qualify for total loss consideration, though it may not be a total. A lot will depend on the carrier.

Her carrier (State Farm) was a dream to deal with, I got the check yesterday and picked up the new identical replacement last night.
