Part B Enrollment After IEP

I need to clarify my signing up "now" in the earlier post. He can sign up now because we are in the GEP, {general enrollment period that runs from Jan. 1-March 31 each year}. The coverage would start July 1. If he misses this GEP to sign up for part B, he would have to wait until the next one.

To be honest, I was working in my yard yesterday when I was responding on this thread. Apparently my mind was in a gutter.

Everyone of us has responded to what we thought a post said trying to be helpful, when it in fact it really said something totally different.

Never forget, no good deed goes unpunished. Or, no attempt at trying to do a good deed goes unpunished if one happens to make a mistake.

Hopefully someone will remember that the next time I screw up.

Speaking of "2009 Medicare & You"... does anyone know where you can order one online and have it delivered to you. I remember doing this last year, but can't find the link now.

Go to www.medicare.gov

Look around on the home page until you find the menu and pick "search tools"

Then click on "find a medicare publication"
