Part D Disenrollment

Is there any way someone could disenroll from a part D plan other than LIS. Say 30 day free look, rapid disenrollment, etc etc

I have a client that no longer wants their part D...

What are the ways out if any?

Don't pay the payment. It will lapse then. If it's on PAC take it off PAC. If it's being deducted from their SS check, have them call the company and proceed to have it stopped from that mode.

They'll get a premium notice, but don't pay it.
