Only a few times per year. Your results will always be better entering the Rx's at each carriers web site. They are more up to date than Medicare Plan Finder.
Nexium has been available through Canadian pharmacies for quite awhile. I just took a look at my favorite source as you can get it as low as 100 40mg for $60.

Yep, got them through a Canadian pharmacy but come from India. I did this a few years ago.
