Partial Heart Transplant

I have a prospect that tells me that she had a partial heart transplant 10 years ago. She has a $10,000 policy with Physicians Mutual. Any idea on companies that will take her? I know Foresters and AmAm are just a couple that are an auto decline.

I tried calling Monumental to make sure of this so that I would get no surprises and the rep told me the underwriters had already left the building...It was 4:30 CST.

My sentiments exactly. All she would tell me was that only part of her heart was transplanted. When I pressed for an appointment (she lives about a block over from an appointment I have tomorrow) she let me know she wasn't interested and had no idea why she returned the card. I told her I had no idea either but maybe fate brought us together and then I heard click. I was simply attempting to lighten the situation. I called her back but she never answered. I was thinking about door knocking her but if I can't get her immediate coverage then I probably was not going to waste my time.
