Perfect Example Of Why You Should Door Knock Your Leads

This would only be funny is the 90% of the agents at 60% didn't make more than the other agents at a 100%+.

I wonder what the opposite of an IMO buying a mall and employing 150 in support staff looks like?

Hmmmm? I'd have to see your agent's bank records to believe that one to be true Ramiz. Our agents do pretty well. I don't get to see their bank accounts either (they are independent) but they seem to be buying larger homes, new cars, large weddings, exotic vacations and spoiling their children pretty frequently.

I could be wrong though! So that's where our open release policy comes in very handy for you. If you can entice all of them with you with your fantastic package, please do. Then I can turn out the lights and go home.

If I were on 60% my cash flow would be cut by more than half. I did the math and I probably would be in foreclosure on a 60% FE contract.

That's the beauty of what Ramez has to offer. You would probably be able to set up a cot or possibly a hammock in your cubical at the mall/telemarketing world headquarters and just live there. Think how much higher of a quality of life you will have with no commute.

Do not doubt his wonderful offer. His agents are all living large! 90% of them are doing very, very well. And you know Ramez. He would be very open to any of his agents posting their true thoughts on the forum. He believes in free speech. Good or bad. He would never forbid his agents from telling their thoughts.

Does Ramirez offer open releases and free popcorn?

I mean, that's the deal there, right? Having a job vs having a business.

No need to hate (not directed at you or anyone in particular, Goillini) on an alternate business model.

Not everyone can manage a business and some people thrive in a bullpen environment.

I have a buddy who works in a call center and makes a solid living. I showed him how much more he could make as an indy and he just said "I don't want to deal with all of that, I just want to sell".

Different strokes.

I agree. I just like to give Ramiz sh*t, because he acts like his way is the only way that makes sense. His way is a good way for those that want a J O B.

I am almost afraid to post this because I know I am going to catch flack over it but I have known agents that failed out of the business that had "top" contracts that went to work for agencies on a much lower contract and were successful.. Why the difference? On the "top" contracts they were independent and expected to be self motivated, buy leads on their own, etc. In the other situation they were not only furnished leads but they were "supervised" as well as given extensive training. The old debit companies were proof of this.. You would see the captive debit agents doing well; leave and go independent and end up starving out of the business but once they got back with the captive company they would again flourish and make a career out of the business, many times moving into management. Not everyone is the same and not everyone will succeed in the same set of circumstances.
