Ok so I vented about the P&C being used to describe Personal Lines... but seriously its not just a couple people, its quite a few. I wonder why the confusion... I mean where does this notion begin?

Contractually, I think notion is an excluded peril on a P&C personal lines policy, unless added by a SPA policy for the bobtail exposure, subject to the coinsurance deductible

I think it begins with the exam..and the name of this forum community doesn't help much either...now that you mention it I could probably one-up you in regards to the blind-rage I get about it..
