The JD move I was referring to was not calling the company and asking but just going by the app.

OK. But I consider a postpone to be a decline. And the Oxford app doesn't just ask about declines. It also asks "postponed?".

Yes it asks both under the same question. Again I took postponed different than graded.

And you would be correct. I would consider graded analogous to rated, but you may want to call for clarification.

If you are postponed, no offer was made. If graded, at least there was an offer.

What's to clarify? The app says it's a no go if declined or postponed in the last 24 months.
