you need to run the battery all the way down then recharge it.....saves battery life....

Sti - you are showing your age. Running it all the way down first is so 1980's, maybe 1990's.

I have it on my head most of the day. When I take it off, it goes on the charger, mostly so I can find it next time. It's going on 6 years old, still makes it through the day. I've gotten my money's worth out of it.

Worst case scenario - the battery isn't that expensive to replace either. Maybe $20 on amazon.

That is how I got my Plantronic bat to last for 7 years....and it was not just the first time....every time

What is the best plantronics one these days? I have Jabra one and it sucks. I remember the Plantonics ones being expensive. I guess you get what you pay for.

i got the savi w740 it connects to my cellphone computer softphone and land line so its good.

just worried about how to charge it because i make cold calls like 45 mins intervals and charge for 15 mins so i thought that will kill the battery
