I agree with Chumps.
A good presentation and sales process will make the client realize their need and ask "what is the next step" or "how do we get started" or just a plain "sounds good"
 
I had an outside appointment yesterday for a Med Supp. 99.9% of my appointments are in the office (prospect doesn't drive). We sat at the kitchen table to review the paperwork. It was then that I realized I forgotten my glasses. After the presentation, the applicant was ready to fill out and sign the paperwork. Guess what? I forgot my pen. I had to borrow her pen.
Oh, her frigg'in poodle was jumping up on me the entire time.
Now I remember why I only do in office appointments.
I now return you to your regularly scheduled program already in progress...
 
The best close is when you cast a spell on the client and they become powerless to resist. Of course once bad people have mastered that type of close then you got trouble.:1arghh:
