No, they all thought I was hungover yesterday. Had to teach these rookies how to drink!!
Ended the week at 4k.
Was back on game after a gloomy Tuesday. Wed was admin, conf call, personal commitments. Thursday was a $2000 from 8 appts. MUCH better than the $300 on Tue from 8appts.
What an amazing difference attitude and mood has on production. Nothing "learned", but a whole lot experienced. That experience taught me I need to take action of gloomy days.
When my mood was right, I was relaxed at key points that allowed me to convert people who were insistent they just wanted information and in no position to start anything this year. When relaxed, I was able to intently drive the importance of finding the right program, solidify in their mind that I am the best solution to their problem with NO pressure, all while subtly planting seeds that I'm here today, not tomorrow.
I injected stories of people who had medical issues pop up while they waited for their finances to improve or finish paying a debt then end up on a plans that were more than the bill they dropped, and in some cases could no longer afford coverage or even be qualified for it.
At the end of my presentation, I closed my book and put away my notes, then said "miss jones, normally at this point when I meet people I would help them find a plan that fits into their budget. Did you have any other questions before I leave? I am extremely busy but I am dedicating as much time as you need right now to make sure I provided you with everything you need to make a smart decision. Most people end up in programs that simply do not have enough benefits to protect their loved ones and I don't want that to happen to you." If they didn't want prices, I simply suggested they start a small plan today and increase it later.
Awesome experience. Although I fell short of goal this week, I feel I grew a little and I'll see that in future sales!

One final expense policy that 5Star changed to graded 900 AP for the week. Going back to rewrite him Monday(no I won't claim this one next week)

So....you made Im guessing around $1200 to $1300 depending on your commish levels right? A lot of people dont make that in a month. Dont beat your self up too much man.
