No worries. It's a daily grind. Nothing luxurious sweating all over my apps as I write them inside a house with no air conditioning in 100° summers.

I also grind work hard, run 7 appointments daily, 4 times a week, but only get average of 7 sales weekly, comes out to about $4000 premium a week, after paying for leads, appointment setter, chargebacks, I don't get rich.

Yes, I get no showed and the "thought it was free" excuse just like everyone else.

The difference is I probably get less of them per appointment than most agents. That is partly due to the high quality appointment setter I have.
I run five days a week, and will run an appointment on a Saturday or Sunday if that's the only time a client can meet.

I make a very very very solid living. I know you are not with 360 but feel free to call me anytime and maybe we can discuss different options or approaches to change your numbers.

On my first year doing this and I get about 4k a month :/ lol no appt setter and only do DM/TM. Minimal help from IMO as well. In the process of joining a local IMO thankfully. I may go for the appt setter if that's what it takes to get to the 4k weekly amount.

On the bright side I do spend only 880-1k/mth for that 4k so it's not that a terrible an ROI. I take advantage of the referrals I can get as well.
