Post Your Daily/Weekly Numbers

I'd like to see Spurs presentation if anybody knows where its at. I have never ridden with anybody and my presentation is made up of stuff I have learned over the years as well as things from this forum.

I still am having a little bit of a difficult time working DM leads. I can schedule the appointments in a very short order, 2 hours of calls with usually 8 to 12 appointments over two days. My problem is with no qualifying too many of them turn into a complete waste of time. I just got home from a day and a half on the road and had 9 appointments. I had 3 stand me up and wrote 5 for 3600 in ap. And average day and a half at best. I do use the three questions as to why they sent the card in and their answer will dictate which presentation I will use.

Yesterday I had an older couple who stood me up from the day before. Nice clean home, retired GM worker with a wife of 71. They had 2 policies from 2004 and 2006. When the man suggested his wife go get them for me to look at, that peaked my interest.

One was Mutual of Omaha and the other LH. While she was gone finding them he stated his wife is always filing out those cards and they just had another guy there about a month ago. He was trying to tell me in a nice way, I was wasting my time.

When she returned I quickly did a recap on what all good FE policies need to have and explained that both of their policies had all three. I then asked them if they knew how their cash value worked. When they said no, I explained. They both had a use for some quick cash so I replaced both of them for 90 and 67 per month, which is $20 more per month than they are currently paying. They will be getting two checks totaling about $4,500.

I do believe my success was related to a quick, well executed warm-up, and a quick to the point presentation. When I got there I walked in and said nice home, how long have you lived here. They said 38 years and I asked them where they were born. He said Arkansas and that he moved to Michigan when he was 2. I said, your dad must have went to work at GM, to which he stated yes. I said my family moved to Michigan from Iowa in 1951 for the same reason. It helps when you can find common ground.

Not understanding what you mean no qualifying your dm leads? You're saying you qualified your Tm leads? I think what your running into with the Dm leads vs the Human Tm leads is income levels. Many Human Tm vendors like daviso and Leads Hubz use as high as $25-$75k income band. With fixed cost Dm leads its 0-$50k so you do get a lot of cards with no phone #'s and dirt poor people. If you're up north were returns are better i'd try mail drops with $10-$50k bands and see how it works.

yes, when I worked tm leads, which was 95% of what I have worked over the past 7 years, I qualified a great deal. with dm I am using the agentguy method. Quick, simple, direct and to the point; get an appointment.

I am quite happy with the numbers of leads per thousand, just not likening the quality of lead once I get there. I might write 8 to ten but I might only write 4 or 5 as well. very inconsistent.

ftr most of my TM leads are and have always been in the ghettos of Michigan. not sure what income parameters have been used. I normally pick a zipcode in the city and most leads will be within 10 to 15 miles of each other.

Out of curiosity - is this something typical ? Replacing a policy that overall costs more per month , but let's them access their C.V. ? I've never been trained to do that . Nor have I been in the business as long as you .... I may learn something here .... Please , educate me .

So your persistency in the ghettos is good? As I recall you write a lot of Snl? I'm sure many of your customers are debit express and Snl sure doesn't draft SS payments on the proper dates. Ksutton its called appealing to their greed to get cash back. They don't care if its $20 more a month. When replacing an older policy you must be very clear to the client to answer all health questions to the fulliest due to it being contestable.Ran into a lady yesterday with 2 old debit policys 10 yrs old I could have done that with. I don't like replacing very old policys unless its a terrible policy.

Is it debit express or direct express?

I would think less than ten percent are Direct Express. when they start talking direct express or direct billing, I get skittish and if I sense they won't pay, I won't write.

Not all cost per lead dm programs are $0-$50k...with ours you can cut out the dirt on the bottom with $15k to $60k. Less dirt poor people and quite a bit more phone numbers.

I know you have been told this before but you really need to get with a real FE IMO for FE training.

Is this something that's common practice ? Am I missing something ? Replacing policies for the Cv .

I know you have been told this before but you really need to get with a real FE IMO for FE training.

Also, let's do our best to not turn this into anything but what the question was ..... Has nothing to do with any IMO .
