PPACA Explains Tells Assister How To Deal With Brokers

But does PPACA say anything positive about brokers, or are they reporting all of it? I haven't had a chance to read the whole report yet.

Nothing new here. Same responsibility the CLAIM, SHICK, CHIP, Medicaid, and Social Security offices have to respond now. They can't refer to us, can't steer anyone to us specifically, etc.

Not bothering me at all.

I don't see anything it that presentation that affects my business whatsoever.

Assisters are there to help the lowest income groups, it's not my primary market and I doubt most successful agents focus there either because of persistency issues.

RIGHT. "Assister's" enrollment numbers are comprised primarily of Medicaid-eligible Americans. They have their niche, we have ours.
