Pre-Ex

So I've heard conflicting reports on this, one I read that say there is still a 90 day pre-ex in ACA and another that so no pre-ex. Is it one or the other or a mix of both?

Another reason why agents need to keep in contact with existing clients. Many (most?) of those with Pre-X medical exclusion riders will be better off switching to an ACA-compliant plan for 2014, instead of accepting an insurance company's offer to extend their 2013 plan an additional year. Many people forget that they have an exclusion rider..until the condition rears its head. Avoid that potentiality with a 2014 QHP.
