I would do IHIAA but right now I don't see the benefits outweighing the fees. I already get E&O for around 400 from one of my brokerages.

Voicent works great. We have 16 lines all running on phonepower VOIP. No Complaints there. Plus with Voicent, you dont get the time lags on the transfers.

Does anyone really use autodialer with live transfers or do you think telemarketing leads are the best? I have been thinking about buying an autodialer. Any advice??
