Here's a small part of our quote packages that increases the close ratio substantially

1Manshow you send 20+ pages with your quote...Man the cost of the stamps and the mail will eat up some profits.:swoon:;)

That's only a small part of the quote package.;) Pretty obvious that worrying about "postage" is not high on my priority list. Writing the biz is priority 1

If you worry about a couple of dollars in postage, you have probably already lost the game.

If you are mailing quotes, you may have also lost the game, but it doesn't hurt to followup an email with a mailed quote.

are you serious?

Who in the world do you think reads all that? They want a insurance quote, not read a friggin novel.....:no::swoon:

I could understand sending one page with a quote, but 20?

Dan I am out of the game huh.
Last time I checked my bank account was rolling with renewals. I lost the game. Huh Dan I AM THE GAME. Dont Hate The Player, hate the Game....

If u guys want to waste $2 on mailing non sense to clients so they can toss it in the trash. I would rather E Mail the quote and then follow up with a phone call.

Agreed. These are prospecting avoidance questions. Clients don't care and we shouldn't either. Even if you end up with one person that says, "Hey, this letter looks better than this other one", that just means you didn't make a good impression on the prospect. The more likely is that they'll say, "Hey, this guy really seems like he knows what he's talking about and he's friendly...I think I'll go with him".

You somewhat missed my point, especially where I said if your not emailing this stuff, you might be out of the game.

My point had more to do with being willing to spend a little to convert prospects to clients more than exactly how or where you spend that money. Yeah, I didn't say it very well.

I phone, email, then followup with a letter. The letter is more of letting them know they are my client, they just haven't figured it out yet, but will.

I do think the testimonials should be about 1 page worth, but it's a good part of who you are and why someone should do business with you.
