Prosperity and CHF???

I was having a conversation yesterday with some other agents who are writing CHF history longer than 2 years with prosperity and they are saying this is going through level. Personal opinions aside, anyone confirming this is going through? According to the app, Prosperity says CHF is modified which reciprocates with my experience as well. If that goes through level I don't see a death claim getting paid in those first two years. Thoughts???

Bingo . I'm surprised any of the meds on the phone interview aren't knocking the apps out unless there dual purpose meds. The agent has to be getting the client to lie when the interviewer asks the question
