Prosperity done

Over the years...I have no idea. 100 or more I would say.
As for calling....yesterday and I also have to call them today. You and I must be calling different departments or something. I would rarely call customer service about surrendering a policy though. So maybe that's the difference.

To all: Does anyone else on here that uses Am Am have a problem getting them on the phone?
Who would you call about getting the surrender info if not customer service?

Well, you wouldn't call anyone else but CS for that. I'm just saying that I don't have a reason to call that part of CS most of the time. Can't remember the last time I called on behalf of a client. Of course, you have to understand that I don't write anywhere near what I used to write.
 
I got 100 am am on the books 5 yrs or longer i bet . Honestly i have no issues being replaced . But then again I'm an animal on all insurance retention .Personally i really like am am . Great eapp , I like there customer service and easy tracking of policy's
 
So are all the Prosperity products done? Like they had that semi GI term.
