Who would you call about getting the surrender info if not customer service?Over the years...I have no idea. 100 or more I would say.
As for calling....yesterday and I also have to call them today. You and I must be calling different departments or something. I would rarely call customer service about surrendering a policy though. So maybe that's the difference.
To all: Does anyone else on here that uses Am Am have a problem getting them on the phone?
