Proving You Are Not Insured

You have to have a decline letter from the insurance company if you haven't applied and have no letter, BCBSFL has a telephone number you can call and tell them what your condition is and if it is uninsurable they will generate a letter for you to submit to healthcare.gov after you have completed the app.
 
In my opinion the only way they can prove it is by looking at your tax returns. If you are writing off premiums, they can track it that way.
 
Eligibility under "Healthy families" requires that you have not had employer coverage within the past 3 months.
I get leads on employee's that want to delete their children from their employer plans because of cost. I refer these leads to certified Healthy Family enroller's. They get them enrolled. Go figure. As Sgt Schultz would say, "I see nothing".
