Can someone help me out with this. I am fairly new into insurance and I am confused about part of Employment Practices Liability Insurance. I know it covers Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, etc. I have a prospect that delivers, repairs, and services equipment to various businesses. Would this provided coverage to the insured in the event one of his employees makes "Unwanted advances" to someone at a location where they are servicing equipment. That is one part of the coverage I was unsure about. If it only covered the insured WITH his own employees, or if it would cover the insured and his employees in a situation against say a customer, etc. Thank you in advance.
