All this reminds me of when funeral homes were in the ambulance business. Show up at a wreck and there are 3 ambulances, everyone wants the victim who is worse off (for obvious reasons). They would argue, "that's mine, I was here first!!"; or "get your thieving hands off my bo--, uhm, PATIENT!".

That's a great question and thanks for bringing it up. My database is constantly getting updated from a variety of different sources and when someone orders a list I pull it from the most accurate information available. If someone comes along the next week and wants the same demographics in the same area I pull it new as if I had never pulled the first list. Odds it would be nearly the same list, but I wouldn't sell the same list twice.
