My agency isn't affiliated with SIAA or any type of cluster but I'm curious on a subject if any of you guys or gals who are would be willing to answer.
In my area recently an SIAA agent had two massive claims, both total fire losses of extremely large, nice, high end commercial buildings. I know that both of these were insured through the same company. So my question is this: can his ability to write through said company be suspended by either the Master Agency or SIAA if the loss ratios get out of hand?
Thanks to anyone willing to help an inquiring mind.
