Question on Subsidy/tax Credit Payback at Tax Time

Cannot remember what form he got it. I just remember I told him to talk to his cpa, who said there was no way to get his income lower.

Time will tell. I told him to prepare either way. Stuff like that I always refer back to the tax professionals. Good point though.
