You can joke about it... but it is an industry fact that your tech support is piss-poor. Everyone knows it and you come on here and simply rub our noses in it... indeed you are saying "Boy you guys sure are suckers... you pay us good money... and what do we have to do to support you when you have problems... not a damn thing."
Unless you clean up your act I'll give you 90 days before you are run off this board. Sam gave you a free pass. (I assume there is some money in this somewhere, but that does not concern me here. This board is being sold piece by piece to the highest bidders. Fortunately Sam will make some money to help defray the cost of hosting and at the end of the day it does not make much difference to us, the subscribers.) I'm not sure the rest of the subscribers here will give you the same pass Sam did since a lot of people have a long and not so happy history with you... and you would NOT be their first choice for a quote system... mainly because you have the customer service system from hell!
Being bought by W&B will automatically create six months of chaos and disorganization until you get digested. The sad part is that W&B has worse tech support than you folks do.
