I read that article and Dr. Paul is correct. I can't believe that health insurance has come to this in our country. I recently read another article about universal care in the UK

NHS budget squeeze to blame for longer waiting times, say doctors | Society | The Guardian

Basically waiting periods to see the doctor has risen dramatically.

UK DR: "Mr. Nelson, we have discovered that one of your arteries is 99.99% blocked and will require surgery immediately!"

Mr. Nelson: "Blimey, I told my wife Eleanor about eating to much fish and chips. Doc, when do I need to ready to go to the hospital for surgery?"
