I received a fax from the Client today with the letter they where sent. It seems they also found that she had depression as well and on meds for that. So I think Im out on this one for sure. Im curious why the depression didnt come up during our phone conversation a couple of days ago. When she just stated that the letter only claimed migraines. She was claiming that her and her husband remember telling me about the migrains at the time of app. Sounds like they are **** out of luck!
